About Us

TMS was formed in 1999 by its three Director / Founders, David Rayment, Nigel Scholey and Claire Labdon, following a management buy-out of a previous business.  TMS began trading in Torquay with 34 blocks of flats but now manages in excess of 310 blocks and residential estates serving over 6,800 property owners.  Our Head Office is located in newly refurbished open plan offices in Preston, Paignton, and we are developing our business in London and the South East from our offices in central London.

Over the years we have developed a first class, professional Property Management team led by Property Director Jonathan Holmes, and we have been able to draw upon their considerable knowledge and experience to deliver a complete range of property management services to our clients. Our Property Management Team, comprising Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Administrators, is backed by our skilled and experienced Accounts Department personnel under the direction of Vikki Beer, Accounts Manager.
