Annual General Meetings and
Maintenance Budgets
Each year we prepare an agenda, in
consultation with the Directors for
the Annual General Meeting. We
attend and take the minutes of the
meeting which are circulated to all
members. We also present a budget
to the meeting for maintenance
costs in the year ahead which is
subject to the agreement of the
meeting.
