Arrears Recovery

This is often the most important overriding concern for any client wishing to employ a Managing Agent.  We operate a strict arrears recovery procedure in accordance with ARMA guidelines and we adhere to the Court Action Protocol.

As Managing Agents, our Property Managers are approached on a regular basis by owners and residents reporting potential breaches of their Lease or Freehold Title Documents.  It is an important function of the agent’s role.  Communication between all parties is the key to minimising disputes, conflict and ultimately costs.  Where we are unable to find successful remedy and resolution swiftly then our Property Managers will liaise with our clients to enforce Restrictive Covenants as may be required.

We will review your Lease to ensure your service charges are recovered in accordance with individual documents.

Did you know that a Freeholder or Resident Management Company is required to serve a Summary of Tenants' Rights & Obligations with each demand for payment?  We will ensure that your obligations in this regard are complied with.
