Collection of Service Charge

In accordance with your Lease or TP1 document, TMS will collect your estate charge or service charge in line with the payment dates determined within these documents.

TMS is a member of ARMA (the Association of Residential Managing Agents) and as such adheres to the RICS Code of Practice in the handling and collection of service charge monies.

We ensure compliance with the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and serve the appropriate Summary of Tenants' Rights and Obligations with your service charge documents.
