Inspections

Our Property Managers are locally based which ideally places them close to the properties they serve, enabling them to liaise with clients, contractors and residents.  As such our Property Managers inspect their portfolio of buildings and developments on a regular basis and in accordance with the needs and requirements of the building and our clients.

By inspecting their portfolios on a regular basis, our Property Managers are working proactively to identify management and maintenance issues before or as they arise, which ensures that their properties are maintained to a high standard, minimising costs and the potential for more major works going forward.

Our proactive approach to property management and inspections sets us apart from many of our competitors, who undertake reactive maintenance from behind a desk.

Inspections are an essential and valued service by our clients which also provides a Property Manager presence at the development for owners and residents alike.
