TMS Emergency Line - 24 Hour Service
Over the past few years our client base has grown significantly and our property team regularly receives enquiries to provide a dedicated 24 hour emergency service.
We have worked closely with Cunningham and Lindsey, a National firm of Loss Adjusters and were pleased to introduce TMS Emergency Line in 2009, a dedicated 24 hour emergency service for our clients.
Upon joining TMS Emergency Line, our clients enjoy peace of mind in knowing that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year they will have access to a dedicated professional team who will provide emergency assistance when it is most needed.
Clients are able to provide pre-nominated contractors for use by TMS Emergency Line thus providing a bespoke emergency service.
The call centre operates to a predetermined philosophy for emergencies for each specific client and clients are able to tailor what constitutes an emergency to their specific needs.
If there is no client nominated contractor for a particular incident then Cunningham and Lindsey will appoint a suitably qualified approved contractor from their list.
Cunningham and Lindsey undertakes a comprehensive process when selecting contracting firms. This includes checks on their financial status and quality assurance audits.
All contractors are fully insured to include Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance. All preferred contractor works are guaranteed.
Agreed service level is standard.
